“By booking Adams Concrete Pumping Ltd, the customer agrees to provide safe and suitable access to the site, adequate space and stable ground for the concrete pumping equipment, and to ensure the site is prepared and ready for pumping at the agreed time. The customer is responsible for providing accurate job information, arranging a suitable concrete supply and ensuring all necessary site preparations are complete. Additional charges may apply for excessive waiting time, additional labour, blockages or delays caused by site conditions or circumstances outside our control. Cancellations should be made with at least 24 hours’ notice and late cancellations may be subject to a charge. Payment is due in accordance with the terms agreed at the time of booking. Adams Concrete Pumping Ltd will carry out all services with reasonable care and skill and in accordance with applicable health and safety requirements. Adams Concrete Pumping Ltd does not except responsibility for any damages caused on site from all equipment and employees. Nothing in these terms affects the customer’s statutory rights.”
